Generally the veneer process will require two visits: one to prepare or shape the teeth and one to cement the restorations to the teeth. Between those visits Dr. Davis can place attractive interim restorations to help prevent sensitivity, allow for eating function, and provide a nice smile. The temporary restorations will mimic what the final veneers will look like. These temporaries are designed to be in your mouth for a limited time, but should be comfortable and natural until your new smile is completed.
